The portfolio originated with the Adaptive Vector Intelligence and Network provisional filed October 27, 2025 with the USPTO; subsequent applications cover real-time proficiency vectors, sub-millisecond knowledge-model updates, Monte Carlo readiness prediction, contrastive knowledge transfer, retrieval-constrained synthetic validation, federated sovereignty, and policy governance.
The 29 filings are organized into 32 product clusters — each a branded subsystem of the AVIAN platform. Branded names use the ™ mark pending registration in summer 2026.

He shipped the App Store's first language flashcards app, AccelaStudy®, on opening day in 2008, growing Renkara® into a company with 30 million downloads and 300+ published apps. He has been building software since 1997 and architected the adaptive learning engine that powers AccelaStudy® AI.
